Blue will provide the Business Owner with a starter pack of business cards, vehicle magnets, advertising boards, and flyers to jump right in and start doing transactions. There are no upfront fees or costs from the perspective of the new business owner.

Credit checks and previous tenant payment history software
Professional valuation software that uses area-specific indices for growth in sectional title and full title properties for comparative market analysis evaluations
Mine your area successfully with canvassing software
State-of-the-art proprietary cashflow analysis and cashflow forecasting tools empower the business owner to manage liquidity risks and have a detailed view of future cashflows in the business.
The Business owner can run their team of agents!
Activity is not limited to a specific area, there will be a primary area of business with the ability to sell or rent in other areas.
Training is provided from a legal, marketing, software, and motivational perspective to you and your team of agents.
Run as a SARS-compliant Sole proprietor under the Blue umbrella and receive 100% of the commission less a branding and support fee of 20%.

Blue will provide a Starter Pack of business cards, vehicle magnets, advertising boards, and flyers with full access to all software. The Property Practitioner needs to provide his / her marketing materials and infrastructure on an ongoing basis.
Work from an office or home where all the marketing materials and infrastructure are provided by Blue at a 60/40 commission split.
